My tasks aren't syncing between devices
Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices. Then tap the sync button (โป) on both devices. If the issue persists, check your internet connection โ Peak needs an internet connection to sync.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Weather isn't showing on my calendar
Weather only shows for today and the next 16 days โ it can't show past dates. Make sure your location is set correctly in Settings โ Weather Location. Weather loads after you sign in, so allow 2-3 seconds on first load.
How do I send a task to someone?
First, add them as a friend using their @username via the Friends button in the top bar. Once they accept your friend request, open any task, tap the "Send" button, and select their name. They'll receive it in their Inbox.
Can I change my username?
No โ usernames are permanent and cannot be changed once set. This is by design to maintain consistent identity in the friends and task-sharing system. Choose carefully when registering.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings โ scroll to the bottom โ Danger Zone โ Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your tasks, profile, and data. This action cannot be undone.
Is Peak free?
Yes โ Peak is currently free for all users. A Pro tier with additional features is planned for the future. Early users will be grandfathered in at a special rate.
